STANDING UP AI GOVERNANCE AT A MAJOR FEDERAL AGENCY

We supported a large federal agency in establishing an enterprise AI governance framework, standing up the infrastructure needed to manage AI adoption responsibly at scale. This included designing investment criteria, decision frameworks, and oversight structures to guide AI funding decisions across a complex, multi-bureau portfolio.
